Christapher "Kanyini" Benson
Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Warrior Sanctuary, Kanyini’s devotion to giving back to the community that held space for his growth started at birth. Deep familial loss and chaotic energy at home inspired him to graduate from Princeton and join Lantern Organization to provide housing for the homeless and at risk youth of New York City. This is where he learned an incredible skill-set from founder, T.Eric Galloway, before he was advised to embark on his own pathway to create his own vision Sanctuary. While supportive housing facilitates creating a stable foundation for many living with mental health imbalances, the supportive services provided to build upon this foundation, struggle to create meaningful positive outcomes on a large scale. Christapher was determined to find another way, and after he journeyed through a suffering financial world to create enough abundance to launch his own non-profit, the Warrior Sanctuary was born. Through this 10 year journey, Kanyini brings connection to a community of individuals who have supported this healing journey that includes Ecuadorian and American shamans, doctors, and open-hearted directors of financial institutions looking for healing. Along this healing journey, Kanyini has developed his own remembered gifts of:
• 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioner
• Ancient Mongolian Sound Healing Arts
• Exponential Health Coach (QU)
• 8 years of Shamanic apprenticeship with elder Shaman, Itzhak Beery.
• Breathmaster’s Transformational Breath Coach
• Studying for phd and doctorate in Integrative Medicine through Quantum University

Paige "Zai'ra" Clarke
Co-Founder and President of the Board for The Warrior Sanctuary, Paige has been a source of inspiration for those around her due to a grounded resiliency and authentic love of life’s challenges. Her gentle, yet determined nature was always guided by a force much greater than what was available in her childhood house of addiction and neglect. Having spent her life nurturing and serving, it was a drastic move to be catapulted into the technology space, working for a start-up and strongly encouraged to move independently in order to succeed in a male dominated industry. The pull of work and the push of the community helped Paige to recalibrate her true sense of self with the business world. She found that her natural leadership ability was attributed to how individuals responded to her “leading with love” style, which wove together empowerment with action and tangible results. This leadership style allowed her to coach individuals to be inspired by every action and raise their awareness to how energy influences every part of life, inside and outside of work. Paige is especially passionate about underserved communities, access and BIPOC representation - which is what led her back to creating a Sanctuary space and bridging her personal experience with work.
She has since taken trainings in the following methods:
• 200hr Yoga Teacher Training
• Holistic Coaching Strategy
• 4 years of Shamanic healing modalities with Ithzak Beery
• Pravada Apprenticeship (Shamanic Sound Healing Practitioner)
